Welcome to the Gallery of Oil Pastel Works on Paper by Gregory Blann. For those not familiar with oil pastels, they are a vibrant and richly blendable crayon medium, which lend themselves to colorful, spontaneous art realizations. In these particular works, the medium is applied to a heavy stock of white paper (board), and often combined with acrylic underpainting, including metallic golds, silvers and embossed motifs. In addition, most of them are already framed. All works on this page are for sale by the artist. as are the works in the Gallery of Acrylic Paintings.
