Four Worlds Publishing is
a small publishing company based in Nashville, Tennessee, started in 2005.
Four Worlds is dedicated to bringing spiritual books to the internet, as
well as other works in the field of poetry and the Arts. The name Four
Worlds refers to the various levels of reality that make up our world and
sacred space. They are the worlds of: action:/physicality, heart/feeling,
knowledge/mystic realization, and pure being/divine truth. Each of these
four levels have their own names in various sacred traditions, such as the
Sufi way, the Kabbalistic teachings, and the four paths of Yoga.

Gregory Blann has been an active
student of Sufism and the world’s religions for over two decades. Some of
his teachers in the Sufi tradition have been: Pir Vilayat Khan, Sheikh Nur
al-Jerrahi (Lex Hixon), and Sefer Efendi. He has written numerous
articles on spirituality and, for four years, worked closely with Sheikh Nur translating the traditional mystic hymns of the Jerrahis from Turkish
into English, to be sung by dervishes in the West. He has been a frequent
participant in ecumenical dialogues and panels, serving on the board of
the Interfaith Alliance of Middle Tennessee.

Robinson Blann,
who has spent almost twenty-five years as an English professor, began his
love of the written word as a youngster living next to the forest of a
chateau in France. While his forays into that forest fueled his
imagination, his writing did not turn to poetry until his life-threatening
car wreck when he was a college freshman. The three volume collection,
Midnight of Homecoming, is a forceful poetic expression of Blann's
life-time attempt to explore the forest of living with all its joys and
sorrows. It is his hope that your reading of these poems will translate
into truths that can enlighten you on your own journey.
